Studio Ninja will join ImageQuix's extensive portfolio of industry-leading software solutions for professional photographers

Groom Kennedy has advised Studio Ninja, a leading provider of business management and CRM software designed for professional photographers, on their recent acquisition by ImageQuix.

ImageQuix, which is US-based and majority owned by Charlesbank Technology Opportunities Fund, is a leading provider of workflow and ecommerce software in the high-volume photography industry. The acquisition is part of ImageQuix's strategy to expand into the wedding and portrait photography space.

Studio Ninja's expertise in providing tools to automate lead management, client relations, shoots, invoices, contracts, and workflows complements ImageQuix's end-to-end workflow management and ecommerce solutions.
