About

John has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings and reorganisations.

Before joining Groom Kennedy, John was a corporate / mergers and acquisitions lawyer at Linklaters in London and Singapore from 2014 to 2020. He has also acted as in-house counsel for Centrica plc, a leading energy company and Citigroup, an international financial services organisation.

John’s cross-border experience and international outlook enables him to provide innovative advice to clients no matter how complex the legal or business problem.
