SiSU, a digital health company, will become an asset of the ASX top 50 company

Groom Kennedy has advised SiSU Health, a digital health company, on the sale of a majority stake to Wesfarmer’s health division, owner of Priceline Pharmacies.

SiSU Health owns and operates a network of more than 300 medical-grade health stations located in both Priceline Pharmacies and third-party locations. The health stations deliver health checks and provide key biometric data to users, including body weight, BMI, blood pressure, body composition, heart age and diabetes risk. SiSU Health provided more than 355,000 digital health checks across Australia this year, passing a global health check milestone of 4.5 million checks.
