Tim Cannon

Tim advises developers, investors, business owners and institutional clients on acquisitions and disposals, major projects, commercial leasing, ongoing commercial work, corporate transactions and strategic business matters. He regularly acts on complex transactions involving significant assets and assists interstate and overseas clients entering the Tasmanian market.

Tim also has experience in the resolution of property-related disputes, including leasing, easement and title issues, planning and development matters, strata disputes and proceedings before the relevant tribunals.
