About

Sarah's vision is to cultivate a collaborative and empowering environment where every team member feels valued, respected and supported.

With over 20 years of experience, Sarah offers a unique blend of expertise, having worked as a paralegal before transitioning into HR management. This combination equips her with an understanding of both legal processes and the human dynamics within organisations.  Holding a Bachelor of Psychological Science, she is pursuing a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, an area of research that fuels her passion for personal and professional growth.

Sarah is dedicated to supporting the GK Team, with a key focus on efficiencies and strategic leadership. She strives for continuous improvement across all aspects of the practice, ensuring that internal processes and interactions are as seamless and effective as possible. A strong believer in the importance of team culture, Sarah enjoys organising social events that allow the GK Team to connect and share memorable experiences.

Outside of work, Sarah is a volunteer Youth Mentor at a local high school, and she enjoys having fun with her family, keeping fit, and practicing yoga to maintain balance.
